Northwestern University: Master of Music in Conducting, 1988. Was the first Italian winner of a Rotary International Foundation music scholarship. Study under Frederick Ockwell, Victor Yampolsky, and Arnold Jacobs. During this period in Chicago, was also privileged to study under Sir Georg Solti at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
